US OIL; I have a target of 68.02 - 68.22. I dont think OPEC having suffered (financially) enormously and their plans of killing US SHALE OIL companies backfired,they have no option but to collude with all countries including US,RUSSIA to form a syndicate to raise the prices. Otherwise,They cannot sustain below sub 45 $ for many years.
