In My Country,Farmers can produce but cannot fix or dictate the prices.Likewise the era has gone for OIL.

OIL producing companies in Russia,Saudi,U.S other OPEC and other Non OPEC countries are farmers now.Countries migrating to Non polluting Alternate Energy sources that are cheap.US wants to see its opponents economically weak.
